This statement explains the information we may process when you visit the BlockRazor website or account portal, or use online services we provide directly, why we process it, and how to contact us. ### 1. Information we process Depending on the features you use, we may process: * **Account and service information:** information you provide when registering, signing in, purchasing, or using our services, together with account, order, and transaction records needed to provide those services. * **Contact and support information:** contact details, inquiries, and communications you voluntarily provide through forms, email, or online support. * **Website usage information:** pages visited, referral sources, browser and device information, and interactions such as signing in, completing onboarding, and beginning checkout. Related events may include the selected product, service category, and checkout value. * **Technical and security information:** our website and service providers may process connection information, including IP addresses, to deliver website content, maintain services, and address security issues. Please do not include unrelated passwords, private keys, or other sensitive information in URLs, free-text forms, or support messages. ### 2. Google Analytics We use **Google Analytics 4 (GA4)** to understand website visits and product usage and to improve our website, services, and user experience. GA4 may use cookies or similar identifiers to process page visits, interaction events, device and browser information, referral sources, and approximate location. After a user signs in, we may also provide the user’s **BlockRazor account ID to GA4 as an analytics user identifier** to associate website events with that account. We do not intentionally send passwords, auth token to GA4 as analytics event parameters. Google processes relevant data as our analytics provider. Cookies and browser storage We use cookies, browser local storage, and similar technologies to maintain sign-in sessions, save website preferences, record referral information, and support website analytics. Some of these technologies are needed to operate the service; GA4 analytics technologies help us measure website usage. You can restrict or delete cookies through your browser settings, although doing so may affect sign-in or certain website features. You can also use the [Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on](https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout) to limit GA data collection. ### 4. Purposes and sharing We process information to provide and maintain our services, manage accounts and orders, respond to inquiries, protect our services, and analyze and improve the website. For these purposes, information may be processed by providers of analytics, hosting, customer support, or payment services, including **Google** as our website analytics provider. We limit use and disclosure to what is needed for the relevant purpose. ### 5. Retention, security, and your choices We retain information for as long as needed for the purposes described above and take reasonable measures to protect it. **The specific retention period for GA4 user-level and event-level data is 2 months.** To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information relating to you, or to discuss this statement and applicable privacy choices, contact ****.
